2. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old to use our services. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not use our platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• You agree to comply with all applicable health regulations and laws.

4. Online Consultation Services

• Our platform connects users with licensed healthcare professionals for online consultations.
• Online consultations do not replace in-person medical assessments and should not be used in emergencies.
• We do not guarantee specific medical outcomes from consultations.
• For pediatric consultation; presence of parents during consultation is mandatory for infants, toddlers & all children below 18 years. If any teenager is consulting by themselves for any privates issues; it will be considered that they are free to share their information & their information will not be exploited at all.

5. Online Yoga Sessions

• Our platform connects user with certified yoga professionals for practicing yoga through online yoga sessions.
• It is recommended to users that they pre-inform about their any specific health conditions to the experts; if not done so user will be considered healthy with no health condition and if any problem occurs during any online session; any yoga experts or any member of AyurGlobe will not be responsible.

6. AyurMedia

• All the content that will be posted on AyurMedia must be health related; content must enlighten about health and wellness to our users.
• Any content which is abusive or which can hurt persons personal, emotional or religious values must not be posted. If any such content is found posted; that user is responsible for their act and it must be remembered that any member from AyurGlobe is not related in any manner possible to such content and do not support such content.

7. Payment and Fees

• Some services may require payment, which must be made through our designated payment system.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with prior notice to users.
• The amount payable to doctors/yoga experts/dieticians will be deposited in their account directly after the decided amount of percentage has been deducted in app vault (business account) as service charges of AyurGlobe.

• By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
