1. General Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital health and wellness services, refunds are generally not provided once a consultation or service has been rendered.
  • Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing service delivery or failure to provide the scheduled consultation.

2. Subscription Plans

  • If you have purchased a subscription, you may cancel at any time. However, refunds for unused portions of the subscription are not provided unless required by law.
  • Users on a free trial must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid automatic charges.
  • Refund requests for automatic renewals must be submitted within 48 hours of the renewal charge.

3. Online Consultation Refunds

  • Refunds will not be granted for completed consultations.
  • If a consultation is cancelled by the provider, you may request a reschedule or a full refund.
  • If a user cancels an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, they may be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are not eligible for refunds.

4. Technical Issues

  • If you experience technical difficulties preventing access to the service, please contact our support team within 24 hours.
  • Refunds due to technical issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted via [email protected] with details of the issue.
  • Our team will review the request and respond within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or app.
